Cannabis consumption has caused exactly zero deaths over the past fifty years.

I do not rent anymore because I am a fairly successful business owner (and still smoke every single day)I now own many rental properties. If I had to choose between a pot head tenant and someone like you, I would choose the pot head. First, potheads are quiet and polite, even though what they are doing is illegal. Pot heads pay their rent better! YEA THATS RIGHT! Drunks hit the pub after payday, stumble home then start beating their spouses because they are drunk and the spouse is yelling at the drunk for spending all the rent money at the pub. So the rent does not get paid, now one of the tenant’s are in jail so future rent will likely not happen.
